The IQ's small footprint for docks and the self-emptying feature are both nice features. However, if you wish to change the floor levels on the map or set no-go zones, you'll have manually reset it to do so, which is a bit of an inconvenience.
The IQ app comes with advanced mapping and automated features, but it lacks no-go zones. These are only available on iRobot robots. Its smart-pathing navigation system provides greater maneuverability, and its high-pile carpet mode is clean well, although it does have a tendency to get caught up on rug tassels, and its iHome speaker allows you to operate the robot by voice commands.
During our tests during our tests, the IQ was able to handle pet hair well, clearing an impressive amount of debris from floors that were not bare and fair amounts of medium-pile carpet. It was less effective with shag carpets. It had a hard time reaching dirt and dust that was embedded in the fibers. It was able to maneuver the legs of a chair, tiny spaces as well as the base of an IKEA wooden step stool. It was slower on flooring that was not fully covered but it was able to recover speed and performed better than other robots we have test.
The IQ is a better choice for the majority of users than the iRobot Roomba. It has a bigger dustbin, a longer battery life and is more adept in navigating around obstacles. It also has mopping attachments that are able to handle sticky mess. On the other best robot cleaner hand, the iRobot is built better, has fewer parts that require replacement or maintenance, incurs lower recurring costs and creates virtual no-go zones through its companion app. It can even resume a cleaning session from the point it started if it is unable to recharge its battery prior to it has completed the task. You can then manually guide the device around it and return it to working.
The BoostIQ mode is a great feature of the eufy11S. It lets you configure the robot to automatically adjust suction strength based upon the type of floor and the amount of dirt. The remote control makes it easy to guide the 11S to the desired place.
Single Room Mode is a great option for those with small furniture in the area you want to vacuum. The eufy will spend up to 30 minutes cleaning the area it is assigned.

The Miele Complete C1 canister robot is a top mid-priced vacuum cleaner that is a winner on carpet. Its performance on carpets with no floor is also exceptional. It can remove rice and other fine particles easily. The suction power doesn't drop as the dirt bin fills. Its design is a breathable one and its air-sealed body will trap allergens to keep your family healthy. It uses an onboard HEPA filter and a self-emptying bin, so you won't need to purchase additional filters or a separate vacuum bag.
